copy and paste
Hello: I have a file with 52 worksheets tabs. I used a macro to create a
worksheet for each week of the year and have it name each tab by the week. ie: 06-07-05 For some reason when I right click to copy any data or range of date the paste feature is grayed out?? I even inserted a new worksheet and the copy and paste works fine. Any suggestions? -- He4Giv (Dick) |
Are these 52 sheets protected? (ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet) -- swatsp0p ------------------------------------------------------------------------ swatsp0p's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=15101 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=381059 |

There could be an event macro running in the background--based on changes or
selection changes. If you open excel in Safe mode... Close excel windows start button|run excel /safe (and hit enter) Then file|open your workbook Do you have the same problem? (Opening in safe mode disables macros.) === And do you really mean that Paste is greyed out when you want to copy? (I figured that was a typo in your post.)
