Comparing Two Columns of Text
I have two columns of names and would like to see which names are in both columns. I believe that they all will match exactly, if I can compare them. Any help is greatly appreciated! Mmm, Do you need to keep track of multipe "Smith"s for example. i.e. is the 3rd Smith in col A a failure if there are only 2 Smiths in col B?
