how to freeze only one row
 
when i chose freeze frame from the windows menu it freeez the first 17 rows.
how do i get it to reeze row 1 only ?

Freeze panes freezes above the cursor, sol select A2 first.

The panes that freeze are above and/or to the right of the location of your
cursor when who select Windows Freeze Panes. If you are getting the first
17 rows freezing, than your cursor was in Cell A18 when you froze the panes.
Click Window Unfreeze panes, move your cursor to Cell A2 and click Window
Freeze panes. This will freeze row 1.
