Conditional Formatting

Hi

I am trying to enter more than three conditional formats on particular cells
on my spreadsheet. Excel help says I can only have three, is there a way
around this??

Thanks for any help.

If you want up to 6 formats (font color only), see

Otherwise you'll need to use VBA. There are thousands of examples in the
archives:

Good afternoon Martc

You can download a free add-in called CFPlus which will handle thirty
formats. Not being a fan of conditional formatting I have never
actually used it, but if you do decide to try it please post back your
thoughts as this question crops up constantly...
