Had to restore .. and now..

I can't access a folder in excel.. When I do I get the following message....
"blah blah blah isn't accessible. This folder may be located on an
unavailable volumn or protected by a password" Unfortunately when I
restored, I had no way to save ANY kind of documents or folders.
