Colour picker
When I go to Format cell to change the color, I can only pick from the colours there and not define my own colour using the picker. Is there any way of doing this? Think you can modify the color palette via:
Tools Options Color tab Modify (there's even a "Reset" button to get back the defaults) The modified palette will then be available for use .. -- Rgds Max xl 97 --- GMT+8, 1° 22' N 103° 45' E xdemechanik <atyahoo<dotcom ---- "jimbojones94" wrote in message news:jimbojones94.1qtjub_1119092701.8724@excelforu m-nospam.com... XL can only display the 56 colors of the color palette at any one time.
A color in the color palette can be changed (Tools/Options/Colors/Modify), so you can then pick it as one of the 56.
