Calculating percentiles
I have been asked to analyze what the % of Population of employees have
salaries in the 25th, 50th and 75th percentile of their ranges. I have never created a formula that calculates percentile. I did a search and did not see any discussions on this question. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |

You don't need a formula. You can use a worksheet function like PERCENTILE or QUARTILE. See Excel's Help for more information. - Mike www.mikemiddleton.com "kswan" wrote in message ...
