Yes it is. In your case: A........B...........................C 10....=100-500+400.......=MMULT(MINVERSE(A1),B1) The formula in C1 must be confirmed by holding down Ctrl and Shift, and then hit Enter. This will also work for larger equations (i.e. x,y,z) If the formula don't find a solution, it will return #VALUE! Ola Sandström POWER FORMULA TECHNIQUE By Alab Beban Here is an example of how to solve a set of simultaneous equations using Excel.
