How do you enter more lines in the day squares without erasing the data
that's already there. |
Not sure what you mean but to insert a row. Goto the Menubar and select Insert and then Row.... The row will then be placed obove the cell that you are standing in. If you want to insert more lines in a single cell, you can make the text wrap inside the cell. To do that you need to right click on that cell and select Formatt Cells... Click the Allignment tab and then on the lower left ther is a tick box to wrap text. This will only affect the cell that you have selected. Don't know which Calendar you are referring to but usually if you hit F2 to
enter Edit mode, you can add more data. Also, use ALT + ENTER to create carriage returns in a cell. Assuming you downloaded the Calendar from the Template Gallery, which one?
