Default I don't have a macro but it says I does - fix?

Every time I open my daily active file in excel it says there are macros
when there aren't (see my active file) How do I find out if there are macros
in a file and how do I delete them?

http://www.smokeylake.com/excel/vfaq.htm. Look at item MACRO WARNINGS
