Default How do I add pages after the first page is set

Iwant to print adjacent information on the spread sheet as separate pages but
am having trouble adding the next page(s). The answer may be obvious but I
have not found it. Thanks

First step may have to be.............

Highlight the area you want to print.

Go to file<print area<set print area

You can then go to <view<page break preview<
to check and move the page breaks.

Select <view<normal to go back to normal.

Also check <file < page setup < sheet< page order<
to select pages across first then down ..
