I have a column that has a list of firstnames and surnames in it.
Any idea how I split this out into a single column of first name and a single column of surnames? Thanks! |
We would need a "James Hamilton"

First, save your data and use a copy for this..........make sure there is an
empty column immediately to the right of the column with the names............then Highlight the column containing the names, then Data TextToColumns Delimited Next select SPACE as the Delimiter Finish....
