Messages after saving in sharerd workbooks

Hi,

I have a shared workbook, which can be edited by either of 2 users.

Is there any way I can prevent the message box that says "Changes saved
by other user" (or something like that) which requires an OK click to
close it? My users know that changes will be made regularly by the
other and don't need to get this message.

Similarly, can I avoid the message box which asks which changes the
user wants to save ("mine" or "other")? The setup is such that "my
changes" (whoever my might be) will always take precedence.

Thanks for any help

Matthew

Hi Matthew,

Under Tools - Share Workbook - Advanced there are options for this. Set
the value to "the changes being saved win" to avoid being asked about whether
to save "mine" or "other"
