How do I covert number format?
Hi, I have a sheet with a bunch of numbers that look like this. 6.22 8.99 11.22 0.81 i need to turn those numbers into a 5 digit number, without the decimal. 00622 00899 01122 00081 Does anyone know an easy way to do this? -- silentbobafett ------------------------------------------------------------------------ silentbobafett's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=24126 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=377460 |
1. Put 100 into an open cell.
2. Copy the cell. 3. Select your numbers. 4. Go to Edit Paste Special Multiply 5. Press <Ctrl<1. 6. Go to Number Tab. 7. Select Custom 8. On the right insert 00000.
