Unable to download templates_says server is down_for 3 days?
 

Unable to download Microsoft templates!!! For days! Please help

This is hardly an excel question if the the server is down, however just to
check I downloaded a template without any problems, maybe you have a popup
blocker in your browser or something or some security setting set that
prevents you from doing it?
