Conditional formatiing based on another cell
Hi, How can I change the colour of a cell and a seperate query an entire row based on the value in a call. For example cell A1 has a number 200 in it. Cell B1 is blank. If "yes" is entered in to cell B1, I want cell A1 to change to be in bold and a grey box. Ihave tried conditional formatting but doesnt seem to work. Conditional formatiing based on another cell
That's good advice! You should change the value in the first combobox from 'Cell value is' to 'Formula is' and then enter ' = (B1 = "yes") then next box. That will help Regards OverAC -- OverAC ------------------------------------------------------------------------ OverAC's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=32396 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=375666 |
