198K to 198000?

I got a list where Column A is 198 and column B is K, meaning 198K, and
this is about a 1600 item list. Ive been asked to convert column A to
198000, etc for 1600 different numbers.
Is there a way to do this with formatting or a formula? Also, some of
them are 107.1 meanling 107100.

If someone could help w/ this I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Are there other options besides K in column B? Any M's to indicate
million? Any blanks to indicate that the number in column A should be
left as is? Or does every entry in column A need to be multiplied by
1000? If everything needs to be multiplied by 1000 without exception,
then it should be pretty easy to put the formula =A1*1000 in C1 an copy
down.

An option that doesn't use formatting or formulas, assuming you want to
multiply each cell by 1,000:

enter 1000 in another cell, doesn't matter where. Copy this cell.
Highlight your range of 1600 cells and Paste Special... and select
Multiply.

All cells in your range will be multiplied by 1000.
