Most probably, the cell was formatted as Text before you entered the
formula. Change the format to "Number" or "General", then re-enter the formula. Keyboard shortcut is: Select the cell, then, <Ctrl <Shift <~, Then <F2, Then <Enter. -- HTH, RD --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please keep all correspondence within the NewsGroup, so all may benefit ! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Bec" wrote in message ... ![]() Hi Mangesh, I believe it would be in the destination cell. But without an example it would be hard to say. An example needs to be posted. -- keithl816 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ keithl816's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=21287 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=374106 |
