Changing active selection cursor
Is there a way for me to change the color or size of the active selection
cursor? A coworker is having a problem with losing the location of the selected box on large spreadsheets and I am interested in finding a way to make it stand out more on the page. Anything would help... color, size, or maybe setting the selected box to blink... not sure what can be done. Thanks |

from there you can also download rowliner which might be better for this situation Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Mistaken Creation" wrote: Is there a way for me to change the color or size of the active selection cursor? Ok... Now I have a second part to my question. The script you linked me to
is exactly what I am looking for but there is one problem. I can't figure out how to set that script to work for all workbooks. I have created the 'personal.xls' file in the 'Program files\Microsoft Office\Office\Xlstart' dir. I tried adding the code in the 'ThisWorkbook' page, I also tried creating a new module to run it... Little lost here. What steps am I missing to get this to run for all workbooks? Thanks. "Mistaken Creation" wrote in message ... Awesome, thanks for your help. That is exactly what I am looking for.
