I have been attempting to install excel 97 Text Export update and receive a
message requiring me to install Excel 97 SR-2!

Where can I find this program/update for Excel 97

There is no specific Excel SR-2 download.

You must d/l the Office 97 SR-2 patch.

Note: in case you missed it........you must have SR-1 patch installed first.
