How can I print a cell that contains large amounts of text?
We have a column labeled "Comments." Each cell contains a large amount of
text. The complete text shows up in the formula bar. How do I print out the total contents of a single cell? I have turned on the Wrap button and done the Format - Row - Autofit command. |
One way to do this is to select the cell you want to print, then from the
menu bar select File-Print Area-Set Print Area. When you print, only the cell (or range of cells) will print. Hop this helps... Thanks, --- Don Q.
