Excel won't open - pasting from Access
 

I have a user with the following problem -

when the user opens an Access database and copies
the db and then opens an Excel file to paste the info into - the excel
file will not open unless the Acrobat plugins are disabled. If they
are - all is fine, but if they are enabled (which the user needs them
to be), Excel will never open. The machine doesn't freeze - Excel
just doesn't open. Excel then has to be closed from the Task manager.
