CANNOT USE OBJECT IN LINKING OR ENBEDING
 

When I attempt to open a saved excel worksheet. I get the error CANNOT USE
OBJECT IN LINKING OR ENBEDING

easy thing is to just replace the file with a backup. but im not sure what
caused the error . ? anyone?
