setting row height not to exceed...

I need to have row height in an Excel spreadsheet to be auto fit, up
to a height of 105. If the row height exceeds 105, I want it to
remain at 105. Can that be programmed in VB? If so, what is the code?

See this thread for two VBA methods.

One manually run, the other event-driven.
