I need url links to be activated in my cells
 

Within one column, I have url links to images that I'll need to manually open and save to my hard drive so that they can be loaded onto my server. However, to pull up the browser window, you have to double click the link, then click into anther cell, at which point, its highlighted for you to come back and single click to open.
Is there a way to activate all these (i have over 3500) so that they'll be clickable once to open a browser window featuring each image?
(there is no other text in each cell, just the http://www.image.com/jpg links)
