Can you provide examples of what's in the formula bar and what you see in
the cell?

Just some ideas: White font ? Extremely large or small font ? Leading line
breaks before first visible character ?

HTH. Best wishes Harald

Try to change the format of the cell. The format may be set to a custom
format (;;;) that hides the cell content. Try using the format painter to
copy the format from a cell where you can see the data to the one that you
cannot.

Check the font format - it may be white, making it invisible

Check FormatConditional Formatting to see if something there is preventing
it from showing

And maybe you just have to widen the column or make the rowheight larger.

If that text is pretty large (greater than about 1000 characters or so), adding
alt-enters to force new lines within the cell can make it so you can see more of
the value in the cell.
