can't right-click
 

I can't right click in Microsoft Excel 2000. Even create new documents or
restart pc. Please Help!!!

Simply try: ToolsCustomizeTool bars tab then click Reset button and OK
If still not available:
Paste and run the code below into a new module of a blank workbook
Sub ResetCbs()
For Each cb In Application.CommandBars
If cb.BuiltIn Then cb.Reset
Next cb
End Sub
