Replacing individual data cells with new
 

As the result of HIPPA laws, our customer sends out a billing spreadsheet with the names of the billed clients abbreviated. I need an editable, ongoing and permanent something a jig that searches the spreadsheet and finds like "Ab, Thomas" and replaces it with "Abad, Thomas". Anyone out there got anything? Thanks.
