Losing hyperlinks, lock Save As so it cannot be saved in a lower format
 

I have a shared document that I keep losing all the hyperlinks. I think it is because some of the Users access the document from a remote PC and save in a lower version of Excel. Everyone still needs access to update and change the logsheet. How can I block them from saving in a lower version and losing all the formatting and hyperlinks?
