I would like to know how to turn off standard toolbar, formatting toolbar
and the drawing toolbar?

I am using Microsoft Excel 2007.

Excel 2007 does not have those toolbars.

Maybe you are using Excel 2003?

....and if he is using Excel 2007 Control-F1 will toggle the ribbon
display on and off.

Maybe using 2007 but.........

I don't see any Drawing Toolbar on the Ribbon display so I don't know where
OP is getting that from.

Since they don't normally exist in 2007, you will need to remove
whatever add-in you installed.
