Pivot table magic
i want to see NA in all cells where data is empty in pivot table. Is possible without vba?

Right click somewhere inside the Pivot Table and click on PivotTable Options .. . . PivotTable Options window should launch Layout & Format tab / in here there is a box called:- For empty cells show: Place NA in the above cell. I think that the above should give you what you want.
