sum cells based upon color of cell
I have a worksheet with color coded cells and numerical data in each cell.
I'd like to tally the contents of the various colors. Any suggestions? |

Excel default functions cannot count or sum by color format. See Chip Pearson's site for VBA code. http://www.cpearson.com/excel/colors.htm If cells are shaded due to Conditional Formatting you could possibly sum by those conditions.
