Try this. Note I used XLSX as the file extension because I'm using e2007 so
change to the apppropriate one for you

Sub MyBackup()
Application.DisplayAlerts = False
ActiveWorkbook.Sheets("Data").Copy
ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:="C:\MyBackup.xlsx"
ActiveWorkbook.Close
Application.DisplayAlerts = True
End Sub
