leave micro, return to normal?
 

I got a micro, I don't know how, and now Need the normal spreadsheet. How do
I do this

however, try this

option1 : right clikc and the worksheet and save as macro disabled workbook
option 2: if your using excel 2007, save as xlsx version. XLSX version are macro disabled worksheets
