Broken Excel hyperlink to Word Template
 

I cannot get an Excel hyperlink to open a Word Template. It links and opens
the document correctly, but the document then loses it's Template features
(making users create and save changes to a new "document" while preserving my
Base Template). I'm able to permanently overwirte the Template.Thanks!
