how do I get rid of a 2nd screen copy of my draft
 
All of a sudden I have an exact copy of my draft on the right side of my
screen and
any thing I try to do to the copy like delete it will also high light my
original and
delete it also

You have two windows open with same workbook in each window.

Close one window and save the workbook.
