Is it possible to crack a VBAProject password? If yes, are there any
add-in tools that do so?

Cracking VBAProject Password
 

I have VBAKey from lostpassword.com that will crack the VBA project
password in a matter of seconds. It doesn't necessarily give you the
password that was used to protect the project, but does give you a
password that will work. If I recall correctly, VBAKey costs about
$50.
