ctrl+F command

hi all
i use the ctrl+F to find a specific number within a column, but sometimes
excel tells me that the data couldnt be found , knowing that the required
number is present within the column ..
PS: i use a lot (bold,comma style,font)
any suggestion ??

thanks.......

Have another think about how the number is stored.

For example, if you look for 123.0, you probably won't find it because it
will be stored as 123.
Similarly, if you are looking for 123.5 and you think that you can see it
there, you'll need to check whether you've really got 123.5 or whether
you've got 123.4999999 displayed as 123.5
