Finding Unique records
I am using Excel 2003, I have a column of records which may duplicated. How
can I extract the unique records to a list by using a formula not advance filtering Thanks -- eva cheng |
Finding Unique records
What's the problem using AdvancedFilter? Right tool for the job, IMO.

Finding Unique records
As I want the list to be updated automatically (my boss doesn't familiar with
excel) when the records are changed, is it possible to do with a formula or macro ? Thanks -- eva cheng "eva cheng" wrote: I am using Excel 2003, I have a column of records which may duplicated. If you're ok with a macro, you could record one when you do the advanced filter
with unique records checked. Then rerun that macro whenever you needed to update that unique list. eva cheng wrote: As I want the list to be updated automatically (my boss doesn't familiar with excel) when the records are changed, is it possible to do with a formula or macro ?
