How do I delete extra copies of commands in my Excel toolbar?

My Windows Excel 2003 toolbar has 2 copies of the "tools" drop down. I
figured out how it happened, but I haven't figured out how to get rid of the
extra one.

Thank you Bob. I looked there once but didn't that I could modify the
worksheet menu bar. That did the job. Thanks again.
