Look up and return data
Is there a formula that will look for matching information (example: customer
#) in column A and return all the corresponding information in column B to a single cell in column C. Note: There will be numorous cells of information from column B that will need to be returned to a single cell in column C. |

***EDIT****
I want to perform this function automaticly when the information is put into the workbook without physicly typing customer# into another cell as with VLOOKUP (if that makes sense) "Ron L" wrote: Is there a formula that will look for matching information (example: customer #) in column A and return all the corresponding information in column B to a single cell in column C. 1. You send a copy of this message on an inserted sheet 2. You give me the newsgroup and the subject line 3. You send a clear explanation of what you want 4. You send before/after examples and expected results. -- Don Guillett Microsoft MVP Excel SalesAid Software "Ron L" wrote in message ...
