have dates entered from a list of data into an excel template
 

I want to create a calendar (I downloaded the 2005 template). I have a list
of dates with an adjacent list of "to dos". How can I automatically have the
dates inserted into the appropriate calendar day?

Chip Pearson has just such a calendar. No need to re-invent the wheel.
