Easy.

You need to create a BeforePrint workbook event macro. The macro would
contain all the print setup commands.

I'd record a macro when I did it the way I wanted.

Then I'd rerun that macro whenever I needed this functionality.

In fact, if it were a common requirement, I'd plop a button from the Forms
toolbar (not the control toolbox toolbar) and assign this macro to that button.
