Missing sheet tabs and horizontal scroll bar
 

A user cannot see any sheet tabs or the horizontal scroll bar even though
show the sheet tabs and horizontal scroll bar are selected in the Advanced
Options. Is this possible? If so, how do I bring the sheet bars and
horizontal bars back? Thx.

Maybe they're just off the screen.

In xl2003 menus, I'd use:
Window|Arrange|Tiled
and resize the way I like.
