Windows 7 Excel 7
 

Over the last week while in a spreadsheet, excel has just arbitrarily begun
to restore/repair a file. This has happened a couple times, no power
failures or surges... A converter had been installed, the system went back
to a restore but it has happened again. I then have to save as another file
name.
