Scroll bar disappears when panes frozen
 

Hi

When I freeze the panes on a spreadsheet the right scroll button on the
bottom scroll bar disappears. Also a bunch of vertical lines appear within
the scroll bar itself. Any ideas on how to stop this from happening woudl be
greatly appreciated.
