Template Help Task Pane is being a pain!
 

I've got a Worksheet template and it's been saved.
Now every time I pull it up to work with it the Template Help Task Pane
opens up too!
I've looked around for a way to turn it off to no avail.
Any hints?

HelpOnline Content Settings

Uncheck "Show Template help etc."
