I have 3053 minutes and I want to convert to hours and minutes
 
I am working in Excel 2007 and I have 3053 minutes that is a sum of minutes
and I want to convert to hours and minutes. any suggestions

Assuming your data is an actual time format and not just the number 3,053
then you can do that with just a format. Format the number

[h]:mm

If it is just the number then did you want the results converted to time?
Did you want the result as one cell displaying hour and one displaying
minutes?

=A1/24/60

Format as [h]:mm
