Excel 2003 IF Statement Help
 

At my work when new hires are going through training, all of the work they
complete needs to be entered in an Excel spreadsheet so we can track whether
their decision, rate integrity, letters and processing are correct. We then
are able to do a rollup that can see if they are meeting a certain % correct.
Currently, my IF statement is as follows:

=SUMPRODUCT(('Jury Sheet'!$D$3:$D$1000="Auto")*('Jury
Sheet'!$K$3:$K$1000="Correct"))

The first IF statment sorts through the different types of work (Auto,
Homeowners, Umbrella, VPP, Renters). In this example, if Auto, then it will
check a "decision" column to see if it has "Correct" in that field and will
count all of the fields. The same is done to find an "Incorrect" entry and
basic math is applied to find the % correct.

My Question is: is there a way to use this IF statement where it ONLY looks
at the most recent 50? So for instance, let's say I have 114 files right now,
some auto, some homeowners and some renters. Can this IF statment sort
through those 114 files and ONLY display the last 50 results for, in my case,
Auto?

I know using a pivot would be a LOT easier, but I'm really hoping to get
this to work. Thanks.
