Lock CELLS

There are 3 things that need to be in place for this to work.

1. Lock the cells Format - Cells... - Protection (locked or unlocked)
2. Protect the sheet Tools - Protection - Protect Sheet
3. When protecting the sheet Uncheck Select Locked Cells

Lock CELLS

By default all cells in a worksheet are locked when sheet protection is
enabled.

It is up to you to decide which are to be locked or unlocked when the sheet
is protected.

FormatCellsProtection is where you would change the "locked" or "unlocked"
status.

Select A3, C6 and F6 and unlock them.

Then ToolsProtectProtect Sheet

Note the selectable options under "allow users to" when protecting,

Uncheck "select locked cells"

Tab key will move you through unlocked cells.

Do not use ENTER key.
